Transposing row values to column values in a list report?

I have a requirement to show row values into column values in a list report.  Is it possible to show in PRPC?  I am using 8.3 version.

Example:

Index ID  (Row Values) I always have standard 3 rows for each case type

1000

2000

3000

those should show as :

Col1      Col2       Col3

1000      2000      3000

If we have summarize option for one of the columns in the report, we will have an option to show values in Column for the other columns.

Please find the below screenshot for more details.
