Is there any way to conditionally display the Report Header in the Report Viewer?
The user interactions tab of a Report Definition rule provides an opportunity to to display or hide controls on the Report header by selecting/unselecting the checkboxes. Is there anyway to display these controls conditionally?
My requirement is to enable the editing of the report to only one user? The other users should only be able to view the report

may be we need to spike around RULE-OBJ-MODEL RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION PYDEFAULT for applying conditional settings (.pyUI.pyIsCertified=true). the settings/changes applied at Model rule are observed for new reports when clicked on create new RD.

would configuring a privilege rule helps?
