Conditionally display rows in report

I have a requirement where case has 2 work parties say case 1 has party 1 and party 2 

I have to display party 2 if party 2 exists else show party1 

Can this be done using report definition?

@samathav6930 Hi, There is an OOTB "pxCaseWhenNULLInput" Can you please check that. You can try and use that else you can create one similar to that
