How to display multiple rows in a column in Reports

Is there a way to display multiple rows in one column in a report? Example Below:
APPLICANT ADDITIONAL INFO
Bob Smith Citizenship Status:
Date of Application:
Previous Employer:
Current Employer:

Hi,
I don't think you can achieve the exact requirement by using the report definition. But you can try using the summarize option on one of the columns in the report so that you can see the details similar to the multiple rows. Attaching the screenshot 
You can also try displaying them in a table by using master detail row editing which will display multiple rows under one column.
