NBA screen is not working and getting blank page while opening the NBA

NBA screen is not working and getting blank page while opening the NBA.

As we have checked the logs and found PEGA0011 alert. which occur due to service exceed the threshold value. Kindly suggest increasing threshold will help in this or not.

Hi Abhishek,

The PEGA0011 Alert might not causing this issue, Can you check the browser console for any errors?

Also clear the browser cache and check the scenario.
