Validation in pega

I Need to restrict the decimals to 2 using validations in pega Ex:www.d.d.com should throw validation error.

It should allow only www.dd.com and also It should restrict numbers ex www.88.com should throw validation.

So are the validations for URL only?

Yes just for URL which starts with www. and should ends with .com ,  

!(@startsWith(@String.toUpperCase(.CustomerInfo.TechnicalInfo.SecondDomainName),"WWW."))||!(@endsWith(@String.toUpperCase(.CustomerInfo.TechnicalInfo.SecondDomainName),".COM")) || (@contains(.CustomerInfo.TechnicalInfo.SecondDomainName,"..")) == true  || (@startsWith(@String.toUpperCase(.CustomerInfo.TechnicalInfo.SecondDomainName),"WWW.COM"))||(@contains(.CustomerInfo.TechnicalInfo.SecondDomainName," ")) == true

I gave this validation it is working fine but the issue is it not throwing any validation for ex www.g.g.com 

I have tried using contains function it doesn'nt help.
