While running the service rest of Article Search in Pega KM, We see no result but the data is present in db.
I am facing below issue in Article Search API in Pega KM. While I am running the service rest, We see no data is getting fetched although the data is present in the data base. While we traced, we found out in "pzSearch" ootb activity a public api is getting called and after that the data is not getting populated as it should be.(step2)
We did some work around like reindexing, checked the parameters everything look find
& our search node is up & running too. So If any body faced the same issue please let me know

1. Is the same data coming in knowledge buddy portal with Ask buddy widget ? If its coming then check if the API is authenticated using Oauth creds properly and not throwing 401 error .

2. If the above is not returning then the Data source needs to be correctly checked in Knowledge management and hope category tagging with you content done properly.
