Decision Strategy and Data Flow licensing

Hi All,

We are working on a requirement where there is a need for Decision strategy, Data flow, and Data Sets but not the other components of CDH. Does anyone know if these components are available in the base PRPC product and do not require licensing of Marketing and Decisioning?

I just downloaded Pega PRPC Personal Edition and was able to find the decisioning rules in that instance and also verified with other projects which are using only core PRPC that decision rules like Strategy, Data flow and proposition filter is available.

So is it wise to assume that Core from 8.x versions of Pega has the decisioning rules inbuilt in it?
