One of our telecom client has decided to implement Pega DSM approach for their business expansion (NBO). They have earlier implemented using Chordiant but now they have expanded their business by acquiring another telecom company so there will be customers migrated from that telco as well. Now we need to perform an assessment and come out with test strategy on implementing Pega DSM. I am now in a situation to ask for questions from the client on this basis and start preparing the test strategy. Could some one help me based on your experience with the set of preliminary queries which we need to ask from the client in order to start with my assessment phase. Thanks.
