Failure while creating Data Flow for Strategy Execution
HI,
1) We created a strategy
2) We created a segment but its not yet run.
3) Added the engagement.
i wanna see whether the offer flow is getting called or not .
So i ran a Seed Test (Our seed List has some records into it.)
When i ran it,
i am getting an error "Failure while creating Data Flow for Strategy Execution" .
Can you enlighten me on this issue.
I didn't run the Distribution test is because our segment isn't populating (Its taking so much time for just 10 records and in the end its not populating).

Do you get the error "Failure while creating Data Flow for Strategy Execution" in the logs ?

Hi Sibani,
No, i got this error in the Campaign Test page itself.
We found that when we test a campaign or run a campaign DataFlow is needed.
All this problem is cause our Segment is not getting populated. It just has 10 records but its already been 2 days still its running.

If your segments are not populating for a long time then please check SMA to see if al the Pega Marketing agents are in running state. You can also launch the System Health landing page from the Pega Marketing Portal under Configuration > Settings menu to see if its reports any errors.

Hi,
Even we are facing the same issue. When trying to run a campaign using seed list, we are getting this error in the campaign test page itself. Can you help us to resolve this issue without using a segment.
