Pega Customer Service upgrade experience

Did anyone upgrade Pega CS (not vanilla Pega) from 7.1.4 (or any 7.x.x) to latest version of Pega CS and also upgrade to Pega Infinity?

Specifically, I would like to know the consequences of Pega CS upgrade?

Hi Kamal,

If you are using CPM CSR portal in 7.1.x, you need to be migrate to interaction portal, As the CPM CSR portal is not supported in the latest versions.

If you are using interaction portal, then minor changes may require after upgrade, as ajax containers were introduced from 8.x
