Community experience upgrading from 8.1 to 8.5
I have a client looking at cloud upgrade from 8.1 to 8.5. They are asking for a risk assessment and LoE for their Customer Service/Knowledge Management application. Any feedback specifically pain points with backward compatibility, SOAO/RESTFul integrations and security is appreciated.
