Export Case data and enable reopening of cases.

Hi,

I have a requirement to export full case data (resolved cases) into a different system so that it can be analyzed/reopened later for specific purposes. While reopening the case the customer should be able to rework any assignment he wants. How can this be implemented in Pega?

Normal Pega import/export doesn't support the export/import of previously created cases or resolved cases. What is the best option to implement this in Pega?

Hi

If I understand correctly, you want to send all Resolved cases to some other DB or system. If thats is the case, have you explored Pega BIX capability. If not, then give it a try.

Pega also provides a reopen functionality OOTB. You can have a look at it too.
