Delivering a Pega Microsite link via SMS and Push Notification

Dear Community,

We have successfully implemented Pega Microsite for our client and we are sending the Microsite link via Email Treatment.

Now our client would like to send the Microsite link via SMS and Push Notification as well.

Please advise whether SMS or Push Notification is available as out of the box capability for delivering the Microsite link. If not, then please suggest the best approach for customization.

The Microsite url could be used in the SMS/Push treatments depending on the size limit restrictions.

Given SMS and Pushnotifications will have number of character limitations. You will have to convert your microsite URL into a TinyURL and use that in the SMS / Pushnotifications treatments would be an option.

There are many service providers for tiny url generations, you will have to explore what fits your purpose.
