Microsites Deployment Best Practice
For Migration of Microsites from lower environments to production which of the below is the best approach.
1) Move all the relevant rules associated with PEGAMKT-Work-Microsite-New (New is microsite name) along with class from lower environment to Production using RAP file.
2) Create the Microsite directly in Production environment.

If all the rules you have created for your microsite are self contained in your new microsite class, packaging and moving them to your production system would be the easiest way to achieve this.
One thing to note is when you create a microsite your are actually creating a new case type. When you do this, a reference to this case type is also added to your application rule on the cases and data tab. This does not affect the run time for your microsite but it will affect what you see at design time on the Microsite landing page. Simply copy what you see on your development application rule on to the production system for your new microsite if you plan to make further updates on your production system.
