How to interrogate an application that's only accessible through Windows Remote Desktop?
Hi,
I'm conducting a POC and I need to know if is supported/possible to interrogate a .NET application that is only accessible through Remote Desktop. It it is possible, could you please describe the procedure or point me in the direction of documentation/examples?

Your mileage may vary there. Automating an entire application through screen OCR (especially one you are launching inside another application; RDP) is just not a good use case for Pega Robotics. If you can install Runtime on the remote desktop, then you could possibly build some sort of communication between your two projects, but there's nothing out of the box to do that for you.
We do have the Citrix connector available if your remote desktop were launched via Citirx that would allow Runtimes to comunicate, but in this case it seems you can't even get Runtime on the remote machine.

Runtime (or to perform initial interrogation; Studio), must be present on the computer running the application. Interrogating an application via RDP is not possible.
