Robot with sendkeys method only running with Remote Desktop
Hi,
I have got a robot that interacts with a desktop application using lots of sendkeys method due to this application is not compatible because It is built with FoxPro. Anyway, this robot is deployed in a Windows 10 workstation and works fine but only if I connect to this machine via remote desktop.
If I create a case from Pega Platform the case is assigned to the machine and it seems to work but I suspect that sendkeys method doesn't work if there is not established a conection via remote desktop.

Hi,
I have got configured the scheduling service in this machine so my problem is not about locking the screen. My problem is although windows user session is on and runtime up (It can be seen from Robot Manager with a green point) it works only if I connect to this machine via remote desktop to see the robot working. If I don't connect via remote desktop to this machine to see the robot working, the process is launched but many steps (I think those related to sendkeys method) don't work.
Maybe I am not explaning so well.

Upon reviewing the associated SR, the resolution was as follows:
Use the RPA scheduler to start Runtime and keep the screen unlocked.
