Open attachment attached to temporary cases

Hi,

We are having requirement to open and delete file attached to Temporary case before creation of actual case ID.

How this can be achieved?

Hello,

I think you will need quite some customization to achieve this. On a temporary case you shouldn't have any pyID generated yet and this is exactly what we need to attach and detach files from a case.

I don't think we will have an Out-Of-The-Box approach to do this.
