Temporary case saved if the user leave the browser open
I am facing an issue with temporary cases. The users sometimes start creating a temporary case and leave the browser without submitting it. But later we find out that the case is saved to the DB and generated a case ID too. This issue is inconsistent and hard to replicate. Have anyone faced this kind of issue? Any help appreciated.

No haven’t faced or heard about such an issue. But u can debug to an extent.

I assume that the temp case somehow progresses (how is unknown) and so it gets persisted and generates an id. Add a log message (or track in history) just before/after u persist the case. Log information like time, requestor and any other info that may be helpful. Thus u can also track after how much idle time the case gets persisted.
