Pega 7.3 Installation issue

Hi team,

Im getting he following error while installation. Kindly help me to resolve this isse.

PRPC Launching: [echo] Starting tomcat .... [exec] 'cscript' is not recognized as an internal or external command, [exec] operable program or batch file.
