File Listener Failed to move file to completed folder

Hi All,

I am having the issue in moving file from process folder to complete folder. May I know what kind of configuration or access need to be given.

Please advise me. Error is as follow.

11:17:43,996 INFO [stdout] (Log4j2-AsyncLoggerConfig-1) com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Failed to move abcd.txt to completed folder.
