Hello, 

This is with a File Listener I guess what Pega version is it?

Have you tried tracing it or is it sporadic? Maybe you should try to avoid the following:

  • Do not open a file while it is being processed.
  • Do not copy a new file over an old file while it is being processed.
  • Use a different file name every time (for example, append a time stamp to the file name before copying it).

Hi MarclLsserre,

Thanks for your reply.

Its 7.3.1 version and we don't see any error in tracer.Listener processing the same file until it is deleted manually from source location.

.File was not opened while processing

.New file was not copied to the source location while listener is processing
