How to add roles dynamically during user authentication

I would like to add roles dynamically during user authentication. I see there is an article for this.

I am able to implement this change but it dynamically add roles only to Standard Thread. It doesn't add to all threads. Is it expected?

Hello,

Initially, each interactive user, accessing PEGA through HTTP and a browser has only a single, dedicated process, and one Thread named STANDARD.

Since you are talking about updating it during logging, you are seeing the changes only in Standard thread.
