Robot not picking up the assignment from queue
Hi All,
This question is regarding RPA. I have done all configuration and created Automation in studio . automation is working fine for RDA. but for RPA , Robot is not picking up the item from queue. I have done all the required configuration like Creating operator Id , workbasket , workgroup .
I am attaching all config files and snapshots. Let me know if there is any configuration changes required.

I could solve the issue. The issue was with CommonConfig.xml not using machinname param in tag
as well as there was issue with Operator creation. I created operator manually it was not created by Studio.

Hello,
1. Could you please attach RuntimeLog.txt? It is very difficult to identify your issue.
2. You need to modify CommonConfig.xml:
- Only Server name="RobotManager" should be enabled.
- WorkGroup should be exact the same as WorkGroupID defined in Pega Platform.
- You should add robotName="{MachineName}" element to the server "RobotManager".
3. Remember that if you mess up and the bot registers with RM, but goes in the bad state, you will have to manually reset the operator using the “Operator available for work” checkbox in Pega before that bot can re-register successfully again.
4. Please provide all versions that you use: Pega Platform, Robot Manager, Pega Runtime.
5. When did you change CommonConfig.xml last time? Maybe you installed a new version, while config is an old one.
