What skills do we need for Robot and the robotic assignment to pick up work using GNW?
Robot requests for the next work assignment using the GET/assignments/next using the GNW principle. What should be the skills of the Robot user as well as the assignments skills so that these match and the case can be retrieved using OOTB GNW?
I have tried removing both skills and it works but if i want to use the OOTB code, then what skills does the assignment and user need to have?
