bot is not picking work from work list

We are having to restart the bot in case of any pop up issues, post restart the case is getting struck a in progress in bot queue(work list). 

 

We want to allow the bot to pick up the cases in it's work list.

Hello, 

 

 When a case is running and bot is stopped, the current case will show as assigned to bot. After sometime it will be moved to Timeout robotic assignment. 

 

But when the robot is restarted, it will starting the processing the other cases in the queue.

So the operators which are registered as robot will be unable to pickup cases that are in it's work list?
