Deleting cases from Pega Robot Manager queue
Is it possible to remove cases from the Pega Robot Manager queue?

@PawelB84 You would just open the case from the user portal or from Dev Studio and resolve the assignment. If the case is active and in the work queue to be processed in Robot Manager, you cannot see it from inside Robot Manager.
@PawelB84 If you have access to DEV studio, open each case and close. If you have access only to Robot Manager and have enough permissions, you will be able to search the case id from Robot Manager search box and can change the case status. If both are not possible or if the number of cases in the queue are in hundreds, leave the cases to get picked by the Robots and let it fail by not placing input files or change configuration to point to a directory which is not accessible in the robot, etc.
Okay, that's clear. But is it possible to physically remove cases from the queue?

There is no scenario. I'm just wondering if it's possible? Maybe directly in the database?
@PawelB84 I would avoid doing this in backend. You can also try the option provided in https://docs-previous.pega.com/case-management/86/deleting-case-types if you want to delete all cases mapped to a specific case type.
