Using OCR with Pega Robot Manager
I get the following error while using OCR:

The problem only occurs when we start the process from the Robot Manager.
When we run the same process directly on the same virtual machine, everything works fine.

@PawelB84This does not look familiar to me. Is it possible to attach a RuntimeLog of the full exception (or perhaps a full log if you can remove any identifying information)?

And what I also found: - process starts from VM - running OpenSpan.Runtime.exe - process starts from RM - running OpenSpan.Runtime64.exe
There are 2 folders with the same files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot OCR Essentials\ABBYY\Bin C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot OCR Essentials\ABBYY\Bin64
Error appears only when running OpenSpan.Runtime64.exe, and refers to the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot OCR Essentials\ABBYY\Bin
Maybe robot should use the files from Bin64 folder in this case?

@PawelB84 I would suggest that you open a support request. It would seem there might just be something misconfigured. That would be easier to see once someone has access to your machine.
