Email validation for Gmail

Greetings! Can anyone please tell me how to configure and use an edit validate rule so that it accepts emails of a specific format like Proprietary information hidden(for example- Proprietary information hidden) and not anything that contains an "@" ? Thank you.

Hello

You have to create your own custom edit validate rule in order to enforce it.

Check rules like ValidEmailAddress

Hi,

If you want to have the condition that the email address should contain "@gmail.com" you can create your own validate rule and select the function "[string to search on] contains [string to search for]" as below:
