when clarification required

Hi Team,

Please help me below issue.

If we call when in the action tab it will be work or not.

Event: click ;

Action:Refresh-this-section: I have called in the action tab which should be display city=vijayawada.

when we are able use this when.Need some clarifications required on here.

The when condition determines whether the refresh action will be triggered or not.  What is the "City" when rule configured to do?  Can you provide a screen shot?

So, it means if the value of this city in the Clipboard is "vijayawada", this "When condition" will be met and the Refresh-This-Section will be executed.
