clarification on SLA override
I have an assignment which has goal time 2 days and dead line time 3 days. This assignment currently in worklist of one user and goal and deadline times are started. Now if I want to change the goal time to 2 hrs and deadline time to 3hrs, is it possible?. Can we override the SLA goal and deadline times?. Please clarify me on this.

Hi,
Can u tell me what exactly the parameters of pxAdjustSLATimes API describes and how they impact the current goal and deadline times?. Also I tried using the local cation pyAdjustAssignmentSLA by calling it in my assignment properties. Under actions drop down when i execute this local action,its showing me only the select sla dropdown, can't I manually give goal and deadline values?. Please clarify.

Can you confirm your Pega version? I am also not sure if you are looking at the correct flow action as the flow action i mentioned have a UI which prompt for both SLA rule and time also. Please find screenshot below for the same and let me know if you still need any help.

Hi, I am using PEGA 7 and I am unable to see the above options. I opened the section that is getting used in that local action and it has all above options but they are not coming in screen when i run the local action. Please find attached image which shows the options that I am getting on screen.
pxAdjustSLATimes API targets the same use case. Also we have provided OOTB flow action with UI pyAdjustAssignmentSLA which can also be used for this requirement.
