How to display asterisk beside label for required properties when they are in readonly mode

In my UI screen i have mandatory fields when they are in editable mode, those properties display label along with asterisk beside them but when they are in read-only mode, asterisk won't be displayed. But i want asterisk should be displayed for mandatory fields when they are in readonly mode. Please can any one help me with this. Please refer attached screenshots for detailed understanding.
