1. Can we make the list of recipient dynamic? e.g. users within a specific Geolocation area (as per my reading in PDN so far, it either allows to send to all users or a list of recipients where all operator IDs have to be mentioned separated by space)

2. Can push notification messages sourced from other Pega rules (e.g. outcome of a decision rule) or other non-Pega systems (via integration)? (the PDN tutorial shows static text entering option by a user)
