Does Pega Support Mobile Intigration

Hi Everybody,

I have a requirement: When ever a user login to screen portal user should get SMS to his mobile.

You can follow the correspondence rule approach using email address for cell phones (see https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm). Older PDN article also covers this - https://pdn.pega.com/how-send-email-short-message-service-message-phonetext.

Also, you can incorporate an SMS provider like Twilio and Tropo - some Pega FWs come with Twilio ruleset and examples. For example, see https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-service-insurance-721-installation-guide which includes two Twilio rulesets.

 

Pega 7.3 has extensive functionality for this.
