Recovering corrupted case
In one of our Pega environments, one case has corrupted, without impacting other cases can we recover or reopen corrupted case. If we recover the backup, total table will be recovered in that case data related to other open cases will be lost. Please let us know if there is any solution to recover or reopen corrupted case without impacting other cases .

Recovering might be difficult but you can surely put it on a working state. What do you mean by corrupted? Can we have more details?

Hi Marc,
Thanks for providing inputs. Case is corrupted in the sense, If we try to open a case using obj-open by handle its not opening so we are not able to perform any action on that case manually in then backend. pxFlow details are also missing in the pyWorkPage. Please let me know what we have to do in order to put that case in a working state.

Right I see. Well if the Obj-Open-By-Handle isn't working it is probably because the BLOB has been broken somehow.
Without having the possibility to open the object, your options to restore it are extremely limited. I think this case will be lost but you try creating a service request maybe in order for Pega Support to help you on this.
