recover designer studio login password
How we could get password for the user to login designer studio? forgot password is not working so any process to get from DB table or any other?

@vamsid61 Usually the password will be stored in Data Admin Operator Table BLOB. If you are able to query the PZPVStream column and retrieve the data, once the data is retrieved you have to decode the password as it will be store in encoded format.

HI Vamsi,
1. If you are using personal edition then login with [email protected]/install credentials. and then reset the operator ID password by using update operator paswword by opening th specific operator instance.
2. As pega uses decode and encoding of the password. even though you replace with a new password in pr_opertaors table password column. it will not work.

I am using community edition. Is the any other process to retrieve password for community edition?

Hi vamsi,
please use [email protected] this email id to contact cloud/trail system support team. as it is community edition admin account access won't be availabel for us. I have faced similar issue. Then i have dropoped an email to above mentioned mail. i have got my instance access after the team help.
