WebChat BOT
Hello All,
I have created a Webchat Bot in Pega 7.4 version. I can use the meshup code and embed in lower version of pega applications. But then maintenance might be a challenge.
Can this WebChat bot feature backported to lower Pega versions like Pega 7.3 or 7.2 , so that we can develop or make customization in webchat Bot responses and hence the maintenance could be easy.
Please suggest.

The Web Chatbot is built on top of the entire Multi-Channel Processing architecture and can not be backported. For 7.31, the CS application built a version of Web Chatbot outside of the MCP architecture. Once the support came OOTB in the Pega Platform, it's all been removed from the CS application. If you plan on upgrading to 7.4 or 8.1, I would not suggest using the 7.31 of Web Chatbot, as you will have to rebuild your channels and cases when you upgrade.

Are you asking regarding the taking RAP of that and importing in lower versions?
Or web chatbot feature availability in Pega 7.3. or lower?
I dont think we can back backport the feature to lower one.
You can wait for other people comments.
