Listener cannot be started

Not able to start the agent.

Seeing error: Failed to execute StartListenerJob on these nodes - util_i-0a2c648b169864b14 web_i-036080871695795db

Please let me know ur suggestions on fixing this issue.

Seeing below errors in log.

Failed to execute RestartAllListenersJob on these nodes
Caught exception while getting result from future object 
Failed to execute StartListenerJob on these nodes - util_i-0a2c648b169864b14 web_i-036080871695795db  
(tener.ListenerStateManagerImpl) ERROR   - Unexpected exception.

If you have access to SMA please check if the connection to Util node is established correctly. You can check the same from Designer Studio in Pega 7.4 (System-->Operations--> Cluster Management). If this is working properly, logs are required for further investigation.
