Pega 7.3.1 installation on oracle weblogic server

While configuring the application server for Pega 7.3.1 installation, it is given in the installation guide to modify setDomainEnv.sh file for user memory settings. If we do the changes there , it will happen across all JVMs in the server. Is there a way to make it JVM specific? can we set it at JVM level from admin console?

It seems to be generic configuration and I could find the solution for customizing the argument for JVM specific, though I am not sure as didn't implement.
