Dashboard/Mywork widget customization
We have customized the dashboard , mywork . After I login with manager login(mgr1) the mywork /dashboard was working fine as designed. But when logged in with mgr2, its showing blank dashboard and blank my work.
How do we make the dashboard and my work appear for all the manager user without using the setting for each n every login and not let them customize.

Please check the pyUserDashboardCanPublishFor when rule to see the conditions required to see the different publish options.

You can use the Publish to Default option to publish a dashboard to all users.
You must have the pxDashboard privilege to configure and publish a dashboard.

I have published it and after that, when i login for the different operator of the same access group, it not displaying the widgets items.
Also i dont see the publish to default option , i see only publish button.

I did private check out of pyUserDashboardCanPublishFor and pyUserDashboardLoadList and changing the code, it showed the all the 3 options and I was able to publish for all the users successfully.
But I am not sure why it did not show those option for me, as I have developer access n all the roles which are needed for the when rule.

If the workgroups are different , you would have to publish it to all the workgroups individually.
To get "Publish To team" option, login with the user you have mentioned as "manager" in the workgroup rule and then publish the dashboard. It should work.

Hi Bhavya, thanks for the reply. But for the publish button, I dont see any option available (In other words i dont see any down arrow).I see solid publish button alone. Not sure how to proceed.
