How to prevent User from creating new case
Hi team,
I have a Question about
How to access the unresolved case "Pending"?
and where pega save these cases data?
I need to prevent the user from creating new case based on some property exist in the unresolved cases.
Example:
If the user selected the major as "IT" in one of the unresolved case, I will prevent him now from creating any case with same major until the case status is resolved.
Note: I will check with many properties not only one.
