How can I open the last Case
Hi team
In my application when the user want to open new request, and he has previous request, it will be show up at new request page.
( he cannot create new request when he has in-progress request )
How can I do it?

If I understood correctly then you can add when rule that will check previously open cases for that operator and its desired status. When this rule returns true then user will able to open new case or else you can hide/disable option.
When rule logic: Create a declare page that in turn calls report definition. The report definition will browse on your work table and check status and case owner. If it returns data with count of pxResults > 0 then set false else true.
