How we can open a case in review mode in pega 8.6.3
Design Steps :
Security steps which i followed :
User A ->have Access Group AG_1-> have one Access role with configured ARO (Assign-) -> this ARO i configured Assign- class read only but user can able to open the case and able to perform.
Design steps:
1. Get the case instances from report and showing in table grid.
2 . on click action configured open work item but the case is opened in perform mode and able to click GO button..
But in my requirement, the case should be review mode with only GO button enabled. when user click GO action then assignment should be open in review mode.
Please help for the above ...Thanks in advance

I have one suggestion, If assignment is assigned to workbasket, we can handle by pega default approach by assigning that workbasket to respective users, then other users open the case then it will open in review mode, we don't need to handle in access group level.
Access group Approach:
you can create a privilege for that class and map to access role and to access group. In Section buttons we can add privilege directly or when rule for disable or visibility for that button.
Note: In Access group method add that access role to access group for who all of them are needed.

I approched the same with the help of when rule, Just i am looking is there any OOTB/better design for future enhance.

@SivaKrishnaThumati Assigning to workbasket is the OOTB feature only certain people can access, who all of them are having access.
