Assignment should open in review mode

Hi,

I had a requirement to show all the Assignments in the dash board. if user clicks on any of the  assignment, which is not assigned to me, it should open in review mode. but still i see it opens in perform mode itself..

Any suggestions

Take a look at the current case manager portal -> My Worklist. Change the underlying report (pyUserWorkList) - remove the pxAssignedOperatorID=UserID filter to bring in all OPEN assignments . If that assignment is not assigned to that user, they wont be able to modify anything

To view all assignments in dashboard you can refer the below report definition rule and remove the filter step  pxAssignedOperatorID=UserID 

pyUserWorkList

to open the case in review mode you can configure canperform accesswhen rule to refer in AccessRole name for read instances option in Assign- class.
