Force Close Child cases upon parent case is resolved

Hi,

Scenario 1:I want to force close child cases when i resolve the Main or Parent Case.

Scenario 2:And also, i want to close my parent case , when all the Covered cases are resolved.

Please provide me answers for above scenarios
