Error when register VM(Robot) - InternalServerError(500)
We currently installed pega platform 7.3.1 personal edition with Robot Manager version 4
I am receiving the following error msg when register bot, and runtime will shutdown.
Registering Robot - Name: 'TESTWVAPPI01474', Queue: 'Online Maintanence', Auth Mode: ServerAuthenticationMode.
Failed to register Robot - Name: 'TESTWVAPPI01474', Queue: 'Online Maintanence'
Error requesting data from Pega. http://myhost.com/prweb/PRRestService/robotics/v1/register
Code: InternalServerError(500), Content: System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]
RoboticsService.RegisterRobot - Failed to register robot.
RPA mode is enabled, but robot failed to register. Runtime will shutdown.
I believe everything has been set up correctly. if you have any idea for this issue will be great appreciate

The error definitely suggests that there is a configuration issue on the Pega Platform side. The most common item for people to miss is the Decision Table, pyGetAccessGroupForRobotByWorkGroup.
Can you provide screenshots of your access groups on the operator id that is set to register your bots? Also the work tab of the operator id.

Upon reviewing the associated SR on this thread, it shows that the SR was withdrawn. Did you resolve this on your own?
