I have already registered right robots in pega platform. Before stopping and launching runtime manually I need to uncheck "Operator is available to receive work" of the robot operator, other way "Register failed" error happens.
I have got configured the schedling service in this PC and what I didn't expect is this error "Register failed" happened everyday each time scheduling services launches runtime.
If I uncheck "Operator is available to receive work" before Scheduling Service launches runtime It works fine, but how can I do to avoid this "Register failed" error each time Scheduling Service launches runtime?
A couple of months back we discovered that the shutdown activity for the bots was left in draft mode. This this prevented Robot Manager from disconnecting the bots even though Runtime had been shutdown. This cause behaviors as what is described in your post.
Try downloading the latest Robot Manager 5 RAP file from the exchange.

Hi, Hector - not quite sure what you are asking. If you are talking about an RPA machine, then you need to be logged in to it as a bot user to retrieve logs. Also for the bot to be able to do the work it must be logged on and you should only "disconnect" from the remote connection without a log off when you no longer need to be configuring the machine or after you have retrieved the logs.
