Failed to register robot and Error requesting data Forbidden (403)

Hi All,

When I am trying to start my robotics automation in runtime, I am receiving the following error in log4Net.

Failed to register Robot - Name: 'localhostPEGADEMO', Queue: 'Customer service'
ERROR |Error requesting data from Pega. http://pegademo.xxxxxx.local:8080/prweb/PRRestService/robotics/v1/register
Code: Forbidden(403), Content: System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]
ERROR | RoboticsService.RegisterRobot - Failed to register robot.

Can somebody help me to find the root cause for this?

Hi Shekhar,


I have set all the configuration as same as we have it in this link.The only difference is that I don't have included Application manager role attached to the user I am using from runtime as suggested by  yodeh here.....https://collaborate.pega.com/question/error-when-connecting-rpa-pega-7 another thing I noticed is that when I go to the Service Package :api, I cant see api/v1/register in the end point list.
