Error 403 Forbidden Request
We are trying to start a new case from an button with "launchResearchItem" function to create the new case.
This works fine for developers, but test users are getting a 403 Forbidden Request You are not authorized to perform this action Error message.
We are using Pega Customer Service For Communications on version Pega Infinity 24.1.

Verify the content security policies associated to the application
Verify the RBAC policies Work-, Assign- access when and privileges associated to the respective users
