Pega Cloud provided Kibana as a defacto tool and service for accessing server logs for analysis and tracking purposes, the tool helps you with searching and organizing the data.  By default Pega provides logs for 30 days at any given time.

Designer Studio (System->Operations->Logs : Log Files) provides logs for last 24 hours only - one can download the logs and use a generally available tool like notepad to analyze the logs. Pega Log Analyzer too will help, but it needs to be highlighted that Kibana is the supported tool and service from Pega Cloud.
